How much is Home Staging?
This depends on the property and the service required. Our staging services start at $250 for a staging report, and from there you can expect anywhere from $750 to $2000+ for a fully staged home. For more details on pricing see here.
Is the consultation free?
We offer complimentary consultation contingent on the purchase of services from Visualize. If no services are purchased, the consultation fee is $250.
How long do we keep the staging furniture?
There is a 30 day minimum for rentals, and the rentals are pro-rated. You can rent furniture in 30 day increments if you need it for longer periods. However, you don’t have to keep the furniture for the full 30 days if you don’t need it. We can pick it up anytime after you do not need it any longer.
Do I need to rent a truck (U-Haul or similar) for any of the services?
The delivery is part of our service. You don’t need to hire your own truck. We have a dedicated logistics team who will deliver our goods into your home.
